ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate professional entrepreneur/intrapreneur to lead our healthcare services subsidiary as the General Manager who can assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company and progress to be the Managing Director.

As the General Manager of the subsidiary, you will plan and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

The ideal candidate is a prudent manager and an inspiring leader, has strong business acumen and will be able to see the big picture in a variety of settings. The goal is to drive the company's overall development and guide it towards long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?           Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

?           Lead Business and Operations of all healthcare management contracts, with responsibility for P&L for Operations and administration of such contracts. Ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

?           Make high-quality investment recommendations to executive management to advance the business and increase profits.

?           Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legal and business ethics.

?           Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

?           Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.

?           Lead and motivate team members to advance employee engagement & develop a high performing team.

?           Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

?           Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

?           Regularly review Quality and Safety, Governance and Risk, Operational Performance and other statutory and mandatory Key Performance Indicators at site level to ensure all areas are performing and monitored.

?           Review performance at contract level to ensure consistent and good performance happens, and where there are performance gaps or failures, lead, support and direct site teams to undertake remedial action required in a timely manner.

?           As the business lead for the company, establish effective relationships and assurance systems with key regulatory bodies including discharge responsibilities to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and wider healthcare administration agenda.
